We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
**What You'll Do:**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Process payments and manage customer accounts
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Support the sales team with lead follow-up
